In the field of special education through Art and conducting extremely impactful art based workshops, Anjanadevi Badrinath is a recognised and sought after professional. With more than 15 years of teaching children across both the US and India in various centers, she has created an unique identity in Art based teaching solutions.


Her work experience includes teaching art at Abrakadoodle (USA), Neev Schools (Bangalore), and Brindavan Education Trust (Bangalore) for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Apart from teaching children, she has conducted art workshops for adults in corporates and various centres. She has put together Skill Enhancement Programs for Educators and Parents of children with SEN to empower and enable them to succeed in designing art curriculums and solutions for fine arts for children (Neurotypical and children with SEN).


Amidst her teaching career, she is also a self taught artist and has completed a course at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore. She believes art speaks a bundle when you have no words to express. Her paintings are intuitive and talks about colours at play. She has exhibited her works at Rangoli Metro Art Gallery and at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath.


Anjandevi Badrinath has Masters in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion from University of Northampton (UK), and Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers’ Training Programme from Symbiosis. She has authored several papers and a book for children on Colours (Hue la-la). Currently, she is pursuing  Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Course from Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy.
